At Ion8, we want you to be completely satisfied with your leak-proof hydration gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused Ion8 bottle and all original components securely in its original packaging to ensure it stays protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label generated by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
